Yesterday was my hubby´s Birthday. I made him his favorite milk chocolate bonbons. The filling is a fine ganache made of good quality milk chocolate and heavy cream: whipped, piped and dipped in a tempered milk chocolate. Some of them have a roasted haselnut hidden inside.
I think he was more than delighted.

Chocolate bath. Čokoládová kúpeľ.Včera mal môj milý mužíček narodeniny. Spravila som mu jeho obľúbené pralinky z mliečnej čokolády. Náplň je parížsky krém z kvalitnej mliečnej čokolády a smotany: vyšľahaný, nastriekaný a namáčaný do mliečnej čokolády. V niektorých je ukrytý aj opražený lieskový oriešok.
Finished. Hotové.Myslím, že som mu spravila radosť.
